Terms & Conditions

By submitting this application, you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions: 1. Payment of the $30 stallholder fee is required to confirm your stall. Invoices will be emailed through to the address provided on acceptance of your application. All invoices are to be paid within 7 days of issue. Your spot is not confirmed until the invoice is paid in full. 2. Stallholders must agree to bump in and set up in accordance with the event holder's instructions. Details will be provided to you at the time of invoicing. 3. Stallholders must agree to price items fairly and with consideration of market values. Prices must be reasonably negotiable. 4. Stallholders are solely responsible for tagging all items with price tags and providing a clothing rack to display their items. Your stall, your responsibility. 5. All stalls must be presented, decorated and marketed neatly and appropriately. The event holder reserves the right to decline marketing props or signage if it is deemed inappropriate or offensive or not in line with business values. 6. All applications will be evaluated to ensure variety and inclusivity amongst sellers, buyers and items. 7. The event holder will supply two private changerooms for buyers. Stallholders agree to allow potential buyers to try on their items prior to purchase.
